To maintain a peaceful environment for all our clients, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone while in the spa.

To respect the serene environment of the spa, children under the age of 12 are not permitted.

Policies
No refunds.
Exchange or credit only.
Gift certificates are non refundable.
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. A cancellation with a notice shorter than 24 hours or no shows will be subject to a full charge. (Gift certificates will be forfeited.)
For all group packages a 48 hour cancellation notice is required.
A major credit card is necessary to secure an appointment.
